A very handy tool for finding hidden bug transmitters, turn sensitivity VR1up full, stand in middle of room and sweep round with antenna in horizontal and vertical plane, as you move closer to signal turn sensitivity down , until found............. Can be used as a signal strength meter for setting up your own micro transmitters............. I have also used this meter as a suppression tester for checking interference from small 12-24v dc motors, simply replace the antenna with shielded wire,and a croc clip and attach to the motor casing
